REFRIGERATORS ERROR CODES

Depending on the model of your unit, your error code may start with one of the following variations.

  • OFF appears on demo/display mode. To disable : With either refrigerator door opened, press and hold the "REFRIGERATOR and ICE PLUS" buttons at the same time for five seconds.

  • FS  error code indicates a short or disconnection of the freezer sensor.

  • rS  error code indicates a short or disconnection of the refrigerator sensor.

  • rt   error code indicates a shortened or open room temperature sensor.

  • dS error code indicates a short or disconnection of the defrosting sensor.

  • EID error code indicates a freezer compartment ice maker sensor failure.

  • dH error code indicates that the unit spent more than 1 hour trying to defrost.

  • ff  error code indicates that the unit has detected an issue with the freezer fan. 

  • IF or F1 error code indicates that the refrigerator has detected a problem with the ice maker fan.

  • C1 error code indicates a communication error between the LCD display and the dispenser.

  • CF error code indicates that the feedback signal is less than 65 seconds during the condenser fan operation.

  • EIU error code indicates a freezer compartment ice maker assembly failure.

  • CO error code indicates a communication error between the control board and the display.

  • IS or 15 error code indicates a problem with the ice maker fan motor or a disconnection of the ice maker sensor.

  • It  error code indicates a defect in the ice maker.

  • rF error code indicates an abnormality in the refrigerator's fan motor. 

  • gF error code indicates a flow sensor error, or low water pressure.

  • Od indicates a WIFI modem or communication error between the micom of the LCD display and the WIFI modem.

  • HS error code indicates a short or disconnection of humidity sensor.

  • SS error code indicates a shortened or open pantry sensor.

  • Ad or dr error code indicates the door motor does not move to home position within 5 seconds.

  • AS code indicates the auto door motor reed switch is in open state.

  • Sb code indicates Sabath mode which is used on the Jewish Sabath.

  • CLE or ECL error code indicates that there is a low side refrigerant leak.

  • CHE or ECH error code indicates that there is a high side refrigerant leak.

  • 67 error code indicates a gap in the door or an object restricting the door for closing properly.

  • 22 or 33 error code indicates a problem with compressor relay.

  • 88 indicates the unit is functioning properly.
